Websites Are Easy – honestly!

Hello – I am writing a course on website building and how easy it can be it you have the right tutor and the right software. This should hopefully be finshed this week as I am just finishing off the eBook.

I will then need to record some tutorial videos to accompany the book. The web editor I am showing you how to use is completely free and although not as good as Dreamweaver or Frontpage, it will get you a site up and running.

I thought it would be good for those of you who are newbies or you who may be daunted by the thought of making your own site.

I design my own sites using a great piece of software called Xsite Pro. Now this is designed by internet marketers for internet marketers. It has absolutely everything you need to build a profit making website including adding videos, audio, adsense, opt in boxes etc etc. I’m not using this post to tell you about Xsite Pro although you can check it out here or take a look at one of my other sites www.pimpursite.co.uk and see some of the projects I have done using it.

The book is about 90 pages long and illustrated step by step. You will see how to download the free software and set it up and then I will guide you through the whole process from getting a domain name and hosting through to uploading your site on to the web. it’s going to be FREE so make sure you leave me a comment if you would like a copy or subscribe to my feed to find out when it’s gonna be released. You will also be able to use it yourself if you want to as a gift, in order to gather names for your own list.

Website building doesn’t have to be daunting or a mystery. I know it might seem that way – something that nerdy types do, whilst talking in code and posting comments on internet chatrooms.

Well that’s how it used to be…but now there are some great new bits of kit on the web, that are designed to help the likes of you and I get in on the action without having to worry about learning the likes of html or java.

I haven’t had any formal training in web design and I certainly don’t have a gradate diploma in it ( looks like that’s Pixar out of the question then )

No I am self taught after seeing how much it cost to have a site built for me and although they won’t win me any prizes, they are successful and functional which is basically the whole point.
